Lecturer in Economics
The Department of Economics at The Pennsylvania State University seeks to hire one or more teaching specialists beginning July 1, 2013. Candidates must be able to handle a large class environment and effectively teach at both introductory and intermediate levels in macro, micro, and/or econometrics. A teaching record of accomplishment is expected but less seasoned applicants will be considered. Lecturers teach a 3/3 load and work as part of a team of instructors tasked with teaching most of the introductory and intermediate-level courses in the Department.
