I am a PhD candidate at the Department of Economics of the Pennsylvania State Univeristy.
My major research interests are Industrial Organization, International Trade and Development Economics.
Short bio:
I have started my career as an economist in 1998 when I joined the Department of Economics at the State University of Humanitarian Sciences. In 2003 I obtained my specialist (bachelors + 1 year) degree.
Since August 2001 I was also a student at the New Economic School (NES) where in 2003 I was awarded a Master of Arts degree in Economics.
From July 2004 to July 2005 I worked as an analyst in the Institute for Open Economy and concurrently conducted research as a candidate student at the Central Economics and Mathematics Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences (CEMI RAS).
In November 2004, I successfully received Russian Candidate of Arts degree ("Kandidat nauk") from CEMI.
Since August 2004 I became a graduate student at the Department of Economics at Pennsylvania State University. |
